IMRAN RESTAURANT AND CAFE REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
– Dine-In Reservations:
– Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the reservation time will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged a fee of 50% of the total reservation amount.
– Online Orders:
– Shipping : Online orders will be delivered within 20 to 30 minutes depends on the locality in Hyderabad
– We are not providing any kind of return on food order once the order is processed there will be no return and refund.
– Date and Time Changes:
– Guests can modify their reservation date and time up to 24 hours before the original reservation without any additional charges, subject to availability.
– Changes made within 24 hours of the reservation time will be subject to a fee of 25% of the total reservation amount.
– Guests who do not show up at the scheduled reservation time without prior notice will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
– Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
– In the case of emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, the management of Imran Restaurant and Cafe reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at their discretion.
